How do I change my billing date?

In general, your billing date is on the same day you first subscribed, which we call your subscription anniversary. If you want to change it, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Hotmart account. If you don't remember your information, click on "Forgot my password" to receive an email and recover it.

  2. Once in the User area, click "Show details" on the desired product:

  3. Click on the desired product and then select the option to Set Up Payment:

  4. A new page will open where you can see and edit your information on the "Due date" section:

    Don't forget to save the changes, and you'll be good to go!
