Yes! You can make individual collections private without changing your overall profile visibility.

Open the collection, select the three-dot menu (⋮), and choose Make Private.

A private collection will display a lock icon and the label Private. Only you will be able to access it.

This lets you keep your profile public while deciding which collections you want to share.
