Someone can't open the link to my collection. What should I do?

First, check whether the collection is private.

To make it accessible:

  1. Open the collection.
  2. Select the three-dot menu (⋮).
  3. Choose Make Public.

Once the collection is public, other people can access it through its link, even if they don't have a Loot account.

If the collection is already public and the issue persists, please contact our Support team for further assistance.
