Here is everything you need to know about how pausing works:
Key Details & Rules
Eligibility: You can pause your subscription once per calendar year.
Duration: You can choose to pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months at a time.
Benefits & Access: During your pause, you will not receive new monthly releases or benefits. However, you can still use any existing choices or unused Loot Coins you accumulated prior to the pause.
Automatic Resumption: Once your selected pause duration ends, your subscription will automatically resume, and regular monthly billing will restart.
⚠️ Important Notice for Legacy Hotmart Subscribers
Please Note: The pause feature is not available for Legacy Hotmart subscriptions, as the Hotmart payment gateway does not support subscription pausing. If you are on a Legacy Hotmart plan, pausing or canceling will require migrating or choosing a new plan, which may result in the loss of legacy pricing.
What to Expect
Confirmation Email: You’ll receive an immediate email confirmation as soon as you pause your subscription.
Reminder Email: We will send you a reminder email shortly before your pause period ends and your subscription resumes so there are no surprises.

Local Currency Pricing: Switch to your local currency for more convenient billing (if available in your region).

Note: If you are on a Promotional Price or Legacy plan, canceling or changing plans may result in the permanent loss of your discounted rate.
How to Pause
Go to your Account Settings.
