In general, your billing date is on the same day you first subscribed, which we call your subscription anniversary. If you want to change it, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hotmart account. If you don't remember your information, click on "Forgot my password" to receive an email to recover it.
- After logging in, you will see a page with all your Hotmart purchases:
- Click on the desired product and then select the option to Set Up Payment:
- A new page will open where you can see and edit your information on the "Due date" section:
Don't forget to save the changes, and you'll be good to go!
