I haven't received the latest bundle / My subscription is delayed / How do I update my payment method?

If you haven't received our latest bundle, or have lost access to it, this means we might not have received a payment confirmation for the current or previous month.

When that is the case, you'll also see the following message when accessing your Loot account:



It's possible to fix this by accessing Hotmart, our payment processor, and follow these steps to change your credit card information:

  1. Log in to your Hotmart account. If you don't remember or have never logged in to Hotmart, click on "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions to access your account.

  2. Once in the User area, click "Show details" on the desired product:

  3. Select the "Set Up Payment" option:

  4. On the new opened page, select the "Change payment method" option:

  5. Select the option to "Update credit card":

  6. Insert the new data, hit Save, and you'll be all set:

Now, if the payment method you used to subscribe is PayPal, the details can only be updated on your PayPal account. If necessary, you can access PayPal’s Help Center here.
