If you haven't received our latest bundle, or have lost access to it, this means we might not have received a payment confirmation for the current or previous month.
When that is the case, you'll also see the following message when accessing your Loot account:
You’ll need to update your payment method based on the payment gateway your subscription is hosted on. Below are the payment gateways used by Loot and instructions on how to update your payment method for each:
PADDLE
If you're subscribed to Loot with Paddle, please submit a support ticket here (support@lootstudios.com). Our team will send you the payment update link. Not valid for Paypal users.
PAYPAL
If the payment method you used to subscribe is PayPal, the details can only be updated on your PayPal account. If necessary, you can access PayPal’s Help Center here.
STRIPE
1. Go to the "My Subscriptions" area an click on the "Manage Subscriptions" buttom:
2. Click on "Change my payment method:
3. Update your payment method and an click on "Save card" to confirm the change:
HOTMART
It's possible to fix this by accessing Hotmart, our payment processor, and following these steps to change your credit card information:
- Log in to your Hotmart account. If you don't remember or have never logged in to Hotmart, click on "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions to access your account.
- Once in the User area, click "Show details" on the desired product:
- Select the "Set Up Payment" option:
- On the new opened page, select the "Change payment method" option:
- Select the option to "Update credit card":
- Insert the new data, hit Save, and you'll be all set:
