Some users have reported receiving an email (or 10...) from Hotmart, stating that their subscription has been canceled, and we want to clarify that, despite it, there is nothing to worry.
What happens is that this is an expected behavior, as the upgraded plans are being managed by Stripe, so we have canceled the previous ones on Hotmart to prevent duplicated charges.
The email from Hotmart may also include a line about members' access being ended in 30 days, which can also be safely ignored as well, as it refers to their platform, not used by us. You'll always have access to the Loot you paid for in our App.
