It is expected behavior that the current bundles (at the time, Trials of Hades and Creepytids) are charged through your Hotmart subscription, even after switching to a new plan. Once you upgrade, these will be your final payments under the previous subscription, and you will not be charged again for them on your new plan.
After these final charges, your Hotmart subscription will be automatically canceled, and your new plan will grant you access to the upcoming bundles.
If you notice a full charge when migrating to a Standard plan (as of April 2025, that would be $15) or to a Premium plan ($30 instead of the pro-rated amount of $16 during April 2025), please submit a request using the button below. Our team will review the charge and make any necessary adjustments.
If you upgrade to a Flex plan, it is also expected that you pay the full price immediately upon migration, as you are receiving the full benefits of the new plan regardless of your current subscription.
