Rewards tracker resetting after switching to the new plans
Members are affected by a visual problem after subscribing to a new plan. It's a visual issue only, and all streaks are being tracked correctly, with no data loss.
Status: The team is working on a fix for the visual representation at the time.
I can't use my member benefits after subscribing to one of the new plans
A few member are unable to make use of their benefits such as redeeming free Rewards and purchasing previous bundles using their member discount.
Status: The team is aware of it and working on a fix at the time
Update 1: The Communities page once again recognizes our members' status and correctly displays the Discord server and Facebook group invite links! Work in ongoing on the other affected services, stay tuned!
I was charged for a plan switch when it was stated it would not incur any charges
A small portion of members who switched from the Fantasy and Sci-Fi subscriptions to the Dual plan have been charged for what should have been a costless migration.
Affected members are welcomed to reach out to Support to expedite their refunds by messaging us at https://help.lootstudios.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I didn't receive the Taverns after I upgraded
Members whose second recurrence happened after a plan Upgrade are not being granted the Welcome Pack 3.0 V2, which grants the Taverns.

I was charged for my previous subscription on Hotmart after switching to a new plan
Members who received the current bundles (at the time, Backbite Cantina and Trials of Hades) from their Hotmart subscriptions were not charged a second time for these when they migrated to a new plan, and as such it is an expected behavior that they will be charged for on Hotmart, even after switching to a new plan.
After these final payments, those previous subscriptions will then be canceled.
Status: This is an expected behavior.
