⭐ Managing your subscription plan

When you join Loot, you choose your subscription and a plan.

Your subscription sets the theme, and can be either Fantasy or Sci-Fi.

Your plan defines the benefits you receive each month, and these can be Standard, Flex, or Premium.

Also, you can get the best of both worlds by combining the two subscriptions in the Dual Standard or the Dual Flex* plans.

*Dual Flex available for migration only, not for first time subscribers.

These terms matter not only when you decide to join Loot, but also while you need to manage your subscription plan, since you can:

  • Change your subscription only, like going from Fantasy Standard to Sci-Fi Standard.
  • Change your plan only, like going from the Fantasy Standard to the Fantasy Flex.
  • Or change both your Subscription and Plan at the same time, like when you switch from Fantasy Flex to Sci-Fi Premium.

Immediately upon migrating, you might be charged the difference between your current and new plan, or the new plan’s full price, according to what you have already received in the current month and the benefits you’ll receive after migrating. This information will be shown directly on our platform when you initiate the migration process, and when you get to the checkout you’ll see the exact value you'll pay for the first month, shown as a trial value, and the regular price for the following months.

Here’s a full breakdown of how the plans interact when migrating from one to the other, considering you have already made a payment this month:

When you pay the full charge, you’ll immediately receive all benefits from your new plan. On the other hand, if you pay a partial charge, you’ll get just the remaining benefits that were not included in the plan that you are leaving.

Finally, if there's no charge to pay, you have already received the benefits for the current month, and there will be neither new charges nor benefits granted until the next billing cycle.

Where can I view and select a plan from the new offers?

    • We’ve integrated these new plans directly into our revamped My Subscription page. Simply log into your Loot account, and in just a few clicks, you’ll have access to all the benefits that best suit your needs!

How do I manage my subscription or migrate to a different subscription plan?

  1. To manage your subscription and migrate to a new plan, simply access the "My Subscription" page under your profile, available on the top right corner:
  2. On the “My subscriptions” screen, click on “Manage Subscription”:
  3. Next, click on “Change My Subscription Plan”:
  4. Choose the new subscription of your preference (Fantasy, Sci-Fi or Fantasy + Sci-fi) and click on the respective green button “Select Plan”:

Can I change my plan in the future?

  • Yes, you can switch plans at any time.

Can I have more than one subscription?

  • No, you can only subscribe once. 

What bundles are available to redeem on the Flex and Premium plans?

    • You can redeem any bundles from either the Fantasy or the Sci-Fi subscription, according to the one you selected, except their Bonus versions (more specifically, Panshaw Under Siege with Bonus and Savage Outbreak in Space with Bonus).
    • As they are not part of our subscriptions, the Journey and Arkham Horror® bundles are also not included in the poll of Flex bundles.

What happens if I sign up for a Flex or Premium plan and don’t choose a bundle from the catalog?

Whenever your plan offers you the option of either sticking with the current bundle or selecting another from our bundle store, that choice must be made in that Subscription month, which is the period that encompasses the lifetime of a new release until it enters our Bundle Store (around 30 days). It starts when the bundle is released, usually on the 1st of the month for Fantasy and on the 15th for Sci-Fi, and continues until the next bundle is released a month later.

      • Flex perk: If no choice is made within your selection window, you will receive the current bundle of the month.
      • Premium perk: If no choice is made within your selection window, you will receive the current bundle of the month AND the most recent bundle you don’t own from our Bundle Store.

Can I accumulate bundle choices if I don’t want to select one right now?

  • No, it is not possible to accumulate bundle choices.

If I cancel my subscription, will I lose my bundles?

  • No! All bundles you paid for will remain in your inventory permanently. Canceling your subscription only stops future charges and, consequently, the delivery of the plan’s benefits.

What are Loot Coins?

    • Loot Coins are the virtual currency used in Loot’s Rewards Store. Each month, based on your subscription Streak Level, you’ll earn a certain amount of these coins that you can exchange for a variety of special models on our platform. With Loot Coins, you have the flexibility to choose any available reward once you’ve collected enough, which means you can pick exactly what you want, when you want it.

How can I check my Loot Coins balance, and does it expire?

    2. Your Loot Coins expire after a year of being granted and not used. To check if you have any loot Coins about to expire, please access this page.
