If you have just signed up to Loot Studios, you may have some questions about how to manage your subscription. That’s why we have created this guide to assist you.

 

Accessing your Loot Account

We provide all Loot bundles through our exclusive platform, where you can access and download the files whenever you want.

Immediately after subscribing, a random password is sent to the email address you registered during Sign up.

However, if you’re having trouble accessing your account, you can follow these steps:

  • Type in the same email you used when you set up your subscription here, to receive an email with a link to create a new password. Be sure to check the spam folder in case you don't see it in your Inbox.
  • Create a new password and click "Submit". Now use that password and your email to log in on the platform.

Understanding how your payments work

All our payments are processed by Hotmart, so in order to check your payment status it is necessary to access their portal, available here.

In general, the subscription billing date is on the subscription anniversary, so if you subscribed on December 10th, your next payment will be on January 10th.
