For new subscriptions or purchases made via Stripe, this is not yet possible, so please reach out to Support to get help with the issue by sending a message to support@lootstudios.com.
You can, however, change the email from a subscription or purchase if it was made on Hotmart.
For this, it's necessary to have a Hotmart account under the destination address. If one doesn't exist yet, it be created by following this link (select the option to buy products).
After you’ve done it, please inform us so that we can update it from our side, by sending a message to support@lootstudios.com.
